New User Issue with Multiple PC login

I'm running Logos 5, PC platform and purchased ( I thought) an on air license the other day on my laptop. Created some sample presentations for our team and then downloaded the Proclaim at to my home PC to do some additional work.

A few issues:

1. Proclaim account does not appear in new machine when I log in, so all presentation are not visible

2. both machines keep asking me to buy an on air license when I have already done so. Am I missing something? It is asking me to spend 400 bucks, and I already spent 200. Do i need to spend 600 for it to work?

3. I am seeing that I need an activation code, but did not get one?What is that, how do I obtain one?

All of this preliminary stuff should be in an installation tutorial I would think. Can anyone help? Thanks

    Hi Brett,

    Please excuse the basic questions...

    Does the first computer show the presentation without watermarks? - This would show that you are in fact using the licence.

    Are you logging onto the the site with the same username an password as you originally did?

    Which is the most idiotic addition to Proclaim (at least in the prominent position that it occupies) it is there as a trap and hazard to users. If you click on anything in this part of the display you have to go back through your presentation and delete the item in order to get off the 'Pay me more' merry-go-round of pop up windows.

    Exploration of the menu might also make your licence issues clearer.
