Importing GraceWay and other backgrounds into Proclaim

I'm new to Proclaim and love it. I have a GraceWay subscription that is linked to Proclaim yet I don't often see many of their slides in the store content. I've seen other posts which say you can download stuff from GraceWay and import it into Proclaim, is this true and how do I do it?

Along the same line, I'd love our designer to be able to produce a custom background for us, or even a template for a service if that is possible. Is there any way to import such things into Proclaim to use?

You can always import your own media by selecting Background > File...

Not all Graceway Media is available in Proclaim directly. We import newer media in batches as it's created. You should be able to sign into GracewayMedia.com and download their media to your machine. You can then upload it to your presentations as normal.
