Proclaim Crashing since update (even after removal and reinstall)

Not sure if this gets checked all the time but i am prepping for tomorrows service and since the update NONE of my windows computers can run proclaim.  I am getting a crash before i can even get logged into proclaim most of the time and if i do end up getting in then it crashes as soon as i click on open. error "proclaim has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"  This is happening on every windows machine i have tested. Please Help.

It looks as if someone in your group, on a Mac, uploaded a
custom background with a filename that causes the Windows clients to crash. It looks as if the Mac client was closed before the upload process
was complete leaving the media set to the local file. I've cleaned up the filenames so Windows clients should be able to load fine.

If they don’t automatically sync the changes before opening
you can hold down the CTRL while Proclaim is loading and then select “Show
Startup Wizard” at the login screen. After you select your group you should be
able to open the correct presentation.
