Graceway Importing Problems With Mac
When I attempt to load an image directly from my Graceway Media Library, Proclaim crashes. This has happened for a couple of months through several Proclaim updates. It allows me to get the point where I click to add the file and that's when it crashes. Instead I have to go to the Graceway website, save the file to my desktop, and then load the image into Proclaim. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug that needs to be fixed? Thanks!

This is a feature that is working fine for most users, so it's likely something local to your installation.

Thanks. I'll do that. Files are updated and I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but it still happens.
