Bug: Interaction With Graceway Media

When using Proclaim for Mac I click Add Item, Content, and then Add Image. I select the option to import from my Proclaim Images Library.

If I attempt to import directly from the next split screen (with the upper box being My Content with media from Graceway Media and the lower box being the Store) then I can import an image just fine. If I make the My Content box full screen and then attempt to import an image the program shuts down immediately upon clicking on the image I want. This has happened several times (in fact it always happens). Proclaim is updated. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program.

Hello Francisco. I was able to reproduce this issue with the detailed steps you provided, and have filed a case with development. In the meantime, the workaround would be to not use full screen when adding from the Proclaim image library.

One thing to note; are you simply trying to add a background to your Content slide? If that's what you're trying to do, a better way would be to add the background using the "Background" tab.
