can't open on iPad or iPhone

We went live with Proclaim for the first time in our main worship service this morning. I used my iPad to control the service, which worked fine. However, in between services I made some changes to my sermon notes. I did this from my laptop, which is different than the computer running the presentation. Now, I can't open any service presentation on my iPhone or my iPad. When I do, it gives me an error of "Presentation rendering request failed". I've tried restarting the ipad, deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing works. Someone else's ipad seems to be working fine, so I'll use his for this next service. But I need mine to work going forward.

If not, and if these are two separate contexts, then it looks as though there may be some underlying problem at the Logos end.

Not sure if it's related or not - but seems to be the same.

That being said, here's an update now that worship is over: The other staff member's ipad ended up having the same behavior as mine. We tried both our wifi network and over 3G. So, I proceeded to use my backup plan by reading the sermon notes from the Pages app. At 11:00, right as worship started, I decided to check my iPad one more time. It loaded, and I was able to use it as intended. Later I talked to the staff member, who said that his started working right around that time too. So, it worked out this time.

I believe that something went bad this morning with proclaim in general. I preach/teach from proclaim and I could not open it after about 10:00 am central time and it never worked again until after worship. I think proclaim servers went wonky. I have been noticing increasing server lag on Sunday Mornings. I would like to encourage proclaim to invest in greater server load support, because the time for flakiness is not at 10-11 am at worship time when a pastor is getting ready to preach and teach.
