I can't sync my proclaim with the server; why does this always happen on Sundays?
Me too... it will not sync and will not let me go on air without displaying watermarks even though my subscription is up to date and I'm not using any content that needs to be purchased.... this is not helpful
any help would be appreciated
Ok, it is now working for some reason.... all I did was restart the computer.
I apologize. You were part of a small number of users that experienced a sync issue this past Sunday for a short period of time. We are addressing the issue with some architectural changes to keep this from happening again in an update to Proclaim this week.
