Powerpoint created with Apple presenter (default Mac software)

We have a Mac that we create a presentation on and then save as ppt (it does not have MS Office). It can be opened in MS Office on a different PC but when uploaded to Proclaim, the slides are all white. Does Proclaim not recognize any presentations unless created by MS Office?

The Powerpoint import function is intended for Powerpoint; I don't know what other applications it supports. I did produce a PPT file using Open Office and it uploaded fine, so you may wish to try that if you don't want to invest in MS Office. Were the slides white on the computer you uploaded them on, or only on a different computer when you synced your presentation? If the latter, it may be that your powerpoint wasn't fully uploaded, or you may have selected "Local only" instead of "Upload and sync to group."

Sorry for the delayed response. I was waiting for it to be tested out again.

It turns out his power settings on his new Mac are to sleep within a few minutes when on battery power so it did not completely upload and he had walked away assuming it was going to finish. He watched it closely this week and everything worked like a charm. Thanks!
