Adding songs while "On Air"

Hi,

We are about to go into a testing phase to see how Proclaim works for us.

I'm quite excited about the collaborative nature of setting up the services so that the bulk of the work setting up the presentation of the service is done in advance and "together".

However, there are often times during a service where the order of service changes (particularly with songs, but not always), or the worship leader suddenly decides to add a new song that wasn't on the list.

I therefore have two questions:

1. How do you add new songs via the Song Select connection "on the fly" while the presentation is 'on air' ?

2. How easy is it to change the slide/song order for presentations while 'on air'?

You can do so by selecting Edit from the top menu of Proclaim. Then you can simply add items to the presentation by selecting Add Item from the top menu.
