Media Not Uploading

Hi, I have a two-fold question.

First, even though we have our GraceWay Media account synced with our Proclaim Software, I don't see all the options available to us when I search. For example, we're using a Wooden Pallet Theme we got from GraceWay for our current sermon series but when I search within Proclaim for the Wooden Pallet Countdown, it's no where to be found even though I know it exists on GraceWay's site.

Which brings me to my second part:

After download the Countdown we want to use, I add it into Proclaim by adding a Video to my presentation and then choosing the "File..." option. Both this weekend and last weekend, the file says "Uploading Wooden Pallet Countdown - 0%" for a long time until it fails. I'm just using the same machine to build and present so I still can use the file but no one who logs in from another location can see it.

 

Am I doing something wrong with the way I'm adding in this media? And why  can't we see 100% of what's available on GraceWay, even with searching?

We are working on getting all the Graceway Media into Proclaim so the
content will be the same both places. You will find some media on
Graceway we have not brought over yet. Try to upload the file again and if it does not work attach your log files here. We are not having sync issues so we need to identify why this specific video will not upload. You are correct, for the service you can select to use the video as a local file for today until we figure out why it won't upload.
