My situation is exactly as the previous post. I created 3 Faithlife groups and oviously deleted the one I should not have.
I have Proclaim for my PC. It is linked to my personal account (My name is in the upper right hand corner) and it is linked to three Faithlife groups I set up for our church. A few minutes ago I had 3 groups setup for our church all of which only I am a member of. (Just starting out.) I deleted two groups one was a presentation group.Evidently my on-air activation was linked to that group and not my personal user account through which I purchased it. In my account details online, my on-air subscription is still listed and set to renew a year from now. How can I re-link my license to my software or the remaining group? I was getting familiar with the program and trying to understand how everything work, did not know that deleating that particular group would cause me to loose the link. Can you help me.
