Once the video background has played it will not loop, and there are no settings for the background like there are on a video service item. Is it possible to loop a motion or video background for a song item?
Currently we don't have the ability to change the loop settings once the motion background has been uploaded. However, you can choose to set the background to "Loop" when you are uploading:
