We love proclaim!!

Is there a way to keep record of the songs sung on past Sundays etc?

I'd like to pick a pst date and see what we sang. i.e. I have to keep record for CCLI of the songs we used and if I miss a couple of Sundays I need to ask the song leaders what they used or teach them the habit of sending me their list.

Annually I have to send CCLI a report of the Songs used. It would be great to just anytime print out a report or 2. [:$]

One helpful resource would be www.planningcenteronline.com This site allows you to organize services, schedule worship teams, the band, ushers, sound, lights, tech people, etc! You can send out email reminders from the planning center so people are reminded when they are serving. There is a calendar where people within the ministry can go to "block out dates" when they will be gone on vacation, etc!

The part of this site that would be especially helpful for you is the "songs" tab where you can look up songs by title and see when they were last scheduled for a Sunday morning, etc. We also have to do CCLI reporting, so that search engine was REALLY helpful! You can upload the mp3s for the songs so your choir or band can listen to the songs ahead of time to practice It's a GREAT tool for the church!

Maybe that's more than you need, but Proclaim can pull your song orders over from the Planning Center, so... Just a thought

Planning Center also archives your service orders from previous weeks so that you can reference specific services and usages of songs. For me that has meant one less binder of old service orders on the shelf!
