sunday january 13 2013 - after many months of success, proclaim crashed while updating a pic just before service on my mac book pro - OS 10.8.2 - would not reopen - deleted, downloaded program again - same thing happens??
Just begins to open (logging on screen comes up) and then dead - nothing.
Any ideas??
It opens on our imac just as before - doesn't have the updated lion, so it's my macbook pro.
