My iPad (plus several others in the church) have stopped picking up the active presentation. I got the one on Jan 13, but not this past Sunday's. We were able to pick it up on the iPhone, but not iPad.
It is hit or miss for us too. Not just on the iPad though. A couple members have got them before then were unable to get them this past Sunday.
One member has a Galaxy Note 2 and he randomly picks up the presentation where I can be right next to him and get it on my HTC One X.
Kinda sucks because we advertise being able to follow the sermon on the screens before Pastor preaches then our members cant...
Hi Gary. A couple of things to check here:
1) Does the location your iPad says it is at match the location on the map in Proclaim? We have seen users get slightly differing locations, particularly in very remote areas where Google Maps tends to get confused. You can check this by checking the location of the pin in Proclaim on the map in the location dropdown, and by opening the maps app on your iPad and seeing where the pin says your current location is there.
2) Do you have Location Services turned on on your iPad? Apple recently introduced new privacy settings on iOS. You can check by going to Settings > Privacy > Location Services, and making sure that "Faithlife" or "Logos Bible" (whichever you happen to be using) is set to "On".
