Mr. Madusu, I must apologize. I bought the print version and found I do not have this in my Logos afterall.

I think that The Moody Handbook of Theology was one of the titles that Logos no longer carries because Logos removed all Moody Publishers titles. This occurred after the date of this original post. There is a lengthy thread somewhere on the forums but I can't remember where.
