Other than the above issues, the windows version (running XP Pro) stops syncing and has to be restarted.

We have seen this error before. There is not yet a solution that we can find. I have alerted our developers and they are looking into the issue.
So we are no longer able to upload our content? That is a major part of Proclaim. If that is not able to be fixed then discounts and free licenses should be offered.
If it's not able to be fixed, I won't have much choice than to go with another presentation program.
Quite honestly, with the amount being paid for licenses and the lack of actual tech support, Proclaim should not have this many problems. It is almost like we are paying Logos to beta test the program. I want to be supportive of the effort and I think this program has a lot of potential to so much better than any competition but not being able to upload content defeats the purpose of collaboration. I have a guy who does the lyrics for our worship and I do all the backgrounds and service slides but since he uses the church computer to do his part, I have to bring videos that are showed during our offering time with me on a thumb drive because I cannot upload them. I just feel that if Logos is not able to deliver this product as advertised then we should not have to pay the large licensing fee.
I apologize for the inconvenience on this issue, Michael. I have sent you an email with some troubleshooting steps to try.
I have not gotten an email. The problem is not on my end because it seems non one can upload videos either. One poster on this forum has the same issue and I saw another forum from someone else with the same problem. I am also unable to see filtered content. There are serious issues on your end in the cloud where media is stored, uploaded and retrieved.
Whoops, email just came in. I seriously doubt it is my antivirus software because I used to not have any problems uploading videos and it does it on two different computers with two different OSs but I will try
Just disabled all security measures and the problem still persists.
I sent you an email with instructions for checking your proxy settings.
Not the issue. Problem is not on my end.
Not the issue. No proxy settings are used
In an earlier post, you admitted that you have seen the problem on your end and the developers are looking into it. I am sorry but I am confused as to why I am checking things on my computer that worked before?

I was indicating that we had seen other users encounter this problem previously as well. Our developers did look into the issue but were unable to find an identifiable server or client (Proclaim code) problem.
We are having you check those settings because changes to Proclaim could have changed the way it interacts with various software and settings on your computer which may not have changed.
I understand your frustration with this issue and I assure you we are looking for a solution as soon as possible. We were unable to reproduce the issue on our machines which is why we are asking for your help in diagnosing the problem.
We appreciate your patience with this and hope you'll bear with us while we troubleshoot the issue.
