We have sound and videos added to our presentations on Sunday's. When playing the slides on air the sound is distorted or some of the audio is removed from the videos. Could this be because of the Internet connection or is there as setting.

I think I'm having the same problem. Video file plays fine outside of proclaim but when on air, the video starts with jumbled audio and then has no audio.
Shawn, are these videos "local only" or "upload and sync to group"? Are you trying to play them on a Windows or a Mac machine? Do you have any third party codecs installed on your machine? On Windows, one popular codec pack is "K-lite", which you can check for via search or by going to "Start Menu" > "Control Panel > "Add/Remove Programs", and seeing if "K-Lite" is listed among your programs.
