Proclaim will not boot up

The program will not boot up/load/start on the computer we use to present live from Sunday mornings. It works fine/loads up nicely on other computers. Not sure why. I restarted said computer several times with the same result. What happens is that login screen briefly flashes and then it disappears and nothing happens. Would love any help you could give.

Thanks for your quick response, Graham. It turns out that some permissions on our Little Snitch program were reconfigured--not allowing us boot the program. We've since fixed it. [:)]
