Songs Not Playing During Video Loops of Preservice Loop

Why do songs stop playing during the preservice loops whenever a video starts? We use a lot of announcement video loops like "Silence Cell Phone" and "Nursery Provided". They have no sound. But the audio we add mutes during these videos. Is this a bug, feature or am I missing a setting?

Kevin, I just added a video to my pre-service loop and it worked just fine, once I made the following adjustment: Change it to "Use Background Audio" and it should work just fine.
