No, it works just in all of them (even in the Czech ones - although not correctly of course).

Yes, that is a great tool. I use it very often. I just would need to have some other voices than the only one (Zira) in Windows 8. The funny thing is that when I tested Windows 8 Preview version, I had more voices and they were great. With the full version of Windows 8 Pro I have just the above one. [:(]
