For the second week in a row, our countdown video (two different videos, one each week) has slowed down, sped up, and then ultimately cut off with about 1:00 left. Can you please help?

How long is that video? Does it move on to the next slides in your presentation or does the whole progression stop?
yes, after it cuts out, it moves on to the next section, which is our service section
Is it reaching the Service section at the correct time? That is, the time set in the Order of Service section?
