We had what appeared to be a synchronization issue a couple weeks ago, that saw Proclaim move back and forth between different versions of a presentation that was created and run on three separate computers.
During the week I pulled our worship order from Planning Center Online into Proclaim and worked on customizing some of the slides, etc (from computer A). The next day another member of our team went in and "completed" the process (on computer B - her home PC) by finishing the rest of the slides and putting together the product we would use on Sunday morning (on computer C). After rehearsal that Sunday I went to another computer (computer A) to update a couple of items. I changed some things (a background and some of the contents of two of the slides) then hit the sync button. An hour later I went to our worship service and we had a few issues. Some of the items I had changed went back to their original state - as if they had not been changed after they were pulled from PCO. But of greater concern, while our tech person was running the slides for our music the slides were moving out of order. She would push to go to the next slide and the software would jump backward three slides instead. This happened on more than one occasion, and made her job pretty difficult.
When I was working on the presentation Sunday morning the presentation was open on the other computer where we would later run it during our service. I would be inclined to think this was the issue except that the presentation didn't go back to the second version (that was open on computer B while I worked on computer C) but the first iteration, which was only on computer A the first day, and only for a short time.
Is this an issue you are aware of? Are other people having this same type of problem? I appreciate any help you might be able to offer.
