I just paid my $100 fee for a one year on air license, but I'm thinking I may have made a mistake in not doing enough research or knowing what things to research before buying.
I have a small church in a rural area. We can't afford internet, we're just too small and in too poor a community to be able to afford anything other than bare necessities. The average total family income for my community is just over $27,000 annually. About 4 months out of every year we are in the red.
By reading these posts I discovered this software isn't fully operational without internet. I read somewhere by one of the technicians that this software wasn't designed to work offline. I tried it and sure enough, it doesn't work fully offline. I also read that many people working offline have serious crashes in the middle of worship services that cannot be corrected due to the lack of full functionality. We have extremely poor cell service in our area. In trying to run other things from smart phones we've have enough failures to know it just doesn't work. I am very concerned that I bought the wrong software for my situation based on feedback here.
My question is simple: Is Proclaim appropriate for my situation? Will it be dependable? Thank you.
