audio missing from video

We have used videos previously in our services. We went to use one from a mission trip to Ghana (.mov) and we had no audio. I tried to change it to mp4 and still had no sound. It is only a 45 second video so not a big file. Is there something I am missing? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try running the video locally. Does that play with sound in that case?

I tried it with the mp4 file. It still doesn't have sound in Proclaim even though it has sound when played on its own. I can't do it with the mov since I don't have that.

I am still trying to get the sound to work with a video in Proclaim. The file has sound when file is played. I have kept the file local and have not gone to the "cloud" but still have no sound. Any suggestions you would have would be great.
