Upgraded to the latest version (1.9). Launched app (offline) on Sunday morning - launch was fine. Uploaded 6 PPTs containing song words. Everything looked fine. Went into "On Air" mode and progressed through service (automatic up to this point) - when it got to the actual service where I needed to intervene (i.e. advance slides), when I used the "->" arrow, nothing happened and I got the swirling ring. Trying "return" with cursor on right arrow, did the same thing. Nothing worked. Exited, rebooted, re-launched, and gained control, but occasionally, I would get the spinning circle though eventually it gave me control. This is something new that I hadn't experienced before. Also, the program title box at the top of it's window noted that the program was "not responding" (no kidding!).
