Program updates when i try to open but then message comes "Program has stopped working" What to do. I've rebooted and nothing.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems.
Please have a look at the top of the forum for the post detailing how to report problems. The post is about 3 or 4 from the top.
The 'Techs' will need your logs to identify the problem.
