I'm having difficulty uploading a video file. It gets to 99% and then fails. I've attached the log file. There was only one. Other video files have uploaded without problem.

We're unable to transcode the file you're uploading. The tool we use for this (FFmpeg) will not handle it. Are you able to play the file locally?
One workaround would be to get a .wmv version of the video. Since you're already on Windows we won't do any transcoding on the server.
