4-volume Hymn Reference Collection for $10 in CP!

Includes a couple of books of hymn background and hymn author bios, plus John Julian’s classic 2-volume Dictionary of Hymnology (1769 pages) -- wouldn't you pay at least $10 for the latter alone? Sure, you can peruse the whole thing on the Internet Archive, but having it integrated with your Logos library and search engine is worth paying for. And this is one of the best bang-for-buck offerings I've seen in Community Pricing.
There are articles on all the hymns written up to the time of publication (1907) and also some longer articles on such topics as a historical surveys of different types of hymnody (Early English Hymnody, German Hymnody, etc.) Here's an excerpt from the first of four pages on Baptist Hymnody:
It's a great way to learn how Christian history influenced hymn-writing. I know of no other comprehensive work like this which links epochs and geography to worship music that was being written at the time:
