I had my password reset because it no longer worked after a large update. My password did not work so I got it reset. Now the following error appears whenever I try and log in. I prepare the presentation each week and require access within the next 12 hours.
AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT THE SERVER, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
I have been trying all week. HELP please.
