Have located an old order placed in 2005 on my Logos account. How do I download this on my iPad?

Several thoughts:

The resource must be "mobile enabled," or it won't work on the mobile app. What is the resource?
When you open the mobile app for the first time, you are asked for your credentials. Make sure you are using the right email & password.
To download a resource, locate it in the library and press the "i" icon. This will bring up the book info & download button.

Hi Alabama.

How do I mobile enable? Did you mean the clicking on the "I?"

The resource is, "Time Travel to the World of Jesus."

Ive downloaded Scholar Library Books before, but this individual sale from a while ago is the one I can't seem to findin order to click on the "i" and let it download.

How do I mobile enable?

You misunderstood me… By "mobile enabled," I mean that the resource is available to be viewed on mobile. Logos' philosophy is for you to have access to as many of your resources on mobile as possible. There are two primary reasons why a resource may be unavailable:

The publisher hasn't granted your license access to view the resource on mobile.
Technical reasons

Most resources that aren't available fall into the first category. Logos can't allow you to view a resource on your mobile device without the publishers permission. That appears to be the issue here. Notice the pink box (it doesn't list mobile):
