To download book purchase on ipad2
Have located an old order placed in 2005 on my Logos account. How do I download this on my iPad?

Several thoughts:
- The resource must be "mobile enabled," or it won't work on the mobile app. What is the resource?
- When you open the mobile app for the first time, you are asked for your credentials. Make sure you are using the right email & password.
- To download a resource, locate it in the library and press the "i" icon. This will bring up the book info & download button.

Hi Alabama.
How do I mobile enable? Did you mean the clicking on the "I?"
The resource is, "Time Travel to the World of Jesus."
Ive downloaded Scholar Library Books before, but this individual sale from a while ago is the one I can't seem to findin order to click on the "i" and let it download.

You misunderstood me… By "mobile enabled," I mean that the resource is available to be viewed on mobile. Logos' philosophy is for you to have access to as many of your resources on mobile as possible. There are two primary reasons why a resource may be unavailable:
- The publisher hasn't granted your license access to view the resource on mobile.
- Technical reasons
Most resources that aren't available fall into the first category. Logos can't allow you to view a resource on your mobile device without the publishers permission. That appears to be the issue here. Notice the pink box (it doesn't list mobile):

It came with my L4 base package, (I think). Apparently it is an "adaptation" of another book:
"This book is based on Bruce J Malina’s Windows on the World of Jesus. Time Travel to Ancient Judea, Westminster/John Knox Press: Louisville 1993 (from now on Windows). It is an adaptation, not a translation of the book."

Okay, so is there anyway of finding out if this is mobile adapted?
I did purchase the Windows version, wondering why Time Travel was listed in my order page? I will call...

I can appreciate that. In my library, I have 3192 resources, and at least 30 of those are "personal books" (user created) which don't [yet] sync to the servers. On my iPad, I have 3043. As you can see, the vast majority of my library IS available on mobile. One of the books which isn't is the one you are convened about. [:(]
I have no inside info about why this book isn't available… but it seems to be a book by a smaller publisher from South Africa, which is based upon a work by another author. It may be that the publisher isn't allowed to grant us mobile permission due to copyright held by the original work… but this is just speculation on my part. On rare occasions, Logos has seen these kinds of threads and discovered that a resource was improperly mobile disabled… in which case they were quick to turn it on. I don't think that is the case here, but you can always hope. [:)]
For now, you can always access the book via L4 or L5 on your Mac or PC.

It isn't. The screen shot I gave you shows that. If it were "mobile enabled," it would have said so under the book cover.

There are not "windows versions" or "mac versions" or "mobile versions." There is ever only one "version." Logos intentionally doesn't sell separate "versions" for the various platforms. If they were to start, it could lead to publishers requiring a separate license for every resource! Instead, Logos believes you should be able to view the resource on Mac, PC, Mobile & Web. They work hard to allow you to do that for ALL resources, but at a minimum, you will be able to view it in L4, L5.

Well I bought it together with Carson's Exegetical Fallacies back in 2011. But others' transactions seem to weigh more:
For whatever reason the parts of the Logos page don't display nicely - I sometimes suspect the website guys only use Safari browsers.
But the platform is clearly spelled out: Windows & Mac.
