Constant update of resources that doesn't update anything

Keep getting a constant resource download- says its 35.1mb, but by the time the download is done its showing 80MB. Below are the logs before and after download and install

3731.Logos.log  after update downloaded

Files after download finished and restart

Try deleting the following database and restarting Logos.

  C:\Users\Whyndell Earl\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\0yzboier.jcx\UpdateManager\Updates.db
