Synchronization Error

Now my Logos 5 cannot synchronize. I hit the twirling arrows in the right hand corner and they turn into an orange triangle with and exclamation point and when I hoover over it it says "error during the synchronization."

This has not happened before. Any ideas on what I can do?

The new "History Item" sync added in Logos 5.0b is currently down for maintenance. Every other document and setting is syncing normally. It is safe to ignore this warning for the next few hours.

Well, thank you for the prompt response so that I did not waste any more time than I already had...

Not wanting to sound rude, but I have spent many, many thousands of dollars on Logos. I use it constantly...I mean that--constantly. I need to know it is working. And what I cannot understand is why we are not notified when there is going to be some issue with its use.

Yes, yes, yes....someone from Logos previously and very irritatingly informed me that not everyone would want such notices so we are not going to notify anyone...or its hard to e-mail for this....blah, blah, blah. When you want to announce a seminar somewhere you have no problem e-mailing or when you want to sell something you have no problem e-mailing.

I won't list how many times your lack of concern for your users have resulted in near disaster for me...on my iphone, ipad and/or computer. I won't list them all out again. You can read about them on my past postings.

So I will request it again: Can't you please somehow notify users when there is going to be a problem with service. This time was no big deal--although I did waste 15 or 20 minutes fooling around trying to figure out what was going on. Previous examples caused much worse problems.

synchronize, well it now shows that mine is up to date. So I think they have this corrected.

But as far as a easy why to let Us know that they are having server problems, or and update problem for all users. They could just put a link on the Home page like "We are undergoing some maintenance now if you are having Sync or other problems. So you get my point...
