I think you have misunderstood the topic. Here it is mentioned about synchronizing personal books in mobile devices.
Blessings in Christ.

I am sure there are exceptions to any proposed solution, but are people realy saying Logos must support everything or support nothing, or just trying to excuse the lack of progress?

The ability to store/read files in Dropbox is available for app developers who really want a solution. An option for the desktop app to create PBs in Dropbox (or export them to Dropbox) and the ability for Logos mobile to read them would be all I need. I’m also not concerned about creating PBs from DRM protected material, but the thousands of public domain publications that are available In electronic form.

Welcome [:D]
Personal Book docx file has options for mobile reading:
- Upload docx to Dropbox, Google Docs, or ...
- Print docx to pdf followed by using pdf app for reading on device
If have a Kindle, the personal book file can be emailed to your account for your reading.
Caveat: mobile reading of your Personal Books is already viable, but lacks note and highlighting integration with Faithlife.
Personally wonder about Now membership OR Cloud subscription potential for PBB sync with mobile and Web apps ?
Keep Smiling [:)]

It is really deplorable that at one time PBBs were a major feature of Logos, preceded with a similar feature in Libronix, improvements to full functionality were announced and then it was just killed. Kinda doesn't matter what users want does it.

Too many public domain items were made into PBB resources and Faithlife sees that as them competing against themselves.
They plan to release all public domain items 'someday' but we want them now. They want us to wait [[probably until 2219]]
Faithlife seems to want us to make PBBs only of our own sermons or other of our original writings.

Yes.
Actuallly, I’ve had all my PBs on another Bible software mobile app for years. And quite useful too. They ‘know a thing or two’.

Eureka! The “User Tool” — How did I forget about this important feature on what’s becoming my 2nd favorite Bible Software!
Thanks Denise!
