Where are my imported files and worship backgrounds stored and how can I permanently delete them?

Thanks,    Nate

    Hi Nate,

Your files are stored in the Proclaim content library. For backgrounds, you can go to "My Content" for a Content or other service item with customizable backgrounds, right click on the item you wish to delete, and select "Remove from library". Note that it may take a few minutes for it to be removed from your library as your indexer has to run first and remove the file from your library.

Audio files cannot currently be deleted.

We are currently working on a better content organization system that will allow for improved organization and deletion of content.

I'm also looking for this feature to be available. I have multiple songs with the same name and can't distinguish between them. Would like to delete them or rename to something else.

Are you seeing songs with exactly the same name? Or minor differences that make telling them apart difficult?

I've just implemented a right click context menu option to remove songs from your group's song database (shipping in next major release). This will be nice for clearing out songs with typos, partial names, etc. However, you should never see songs with identical titles. If you do it's a bug on our end and we'd like to hear about it. Thanks!
