Experiencing two problems

Hi we are experiencing two problems with proclaim that we hope you can help us with.

1. My worship leader tries to update the site with the songs for the week and it won't seem to upload from her home computer. The green circle acts like it is accepting the updates, but is doesn't show up on the church computer. The only way she's been able to do the last two weeks is to come into the church and do it on the tech computer.

2. After we load the pre-service slides, we've been unable to check the "repeat" box to allow the slide to continue in a cycle until it is time for service to begin.

Any assistance is helpful. Thanks for our time.

In the pre-service section, the slides will repeat automatically so you don't need to check the repeat box.

Out of interest... Does the reverse apply? (ie when she updates the Church Computer do the changes appear on her home computer)

Having said that, I can't seem to get the "Repeat" box to become enabled even in the main body of the presentation!

The Repeat box does not become enabled unless

- The "Auto-advance every X seconds" box is checked

- There is more than one slide in the current service item.

- The service item is in the "Service" section (since the Pre-Service, Warmup, and Post-Service have their own advancing/repeating behavior)

If your presentation meets those three requirements, and you are still not seeing the "Repeat" box enabled, will you please give an example of the service item you are experimenting with?
