I found this in PDF for free download on several sites.  I've taken it and converted it to plain text and copied it into a Logos Note.  It works very well.

Here it is for anyone that would like it.  I did find some "anomalies" in the pdf and made a best guess as to the correct passage so if anyone has a copy of the original and/or can provide a correction it would be appreciated by all.

The anomalies I found were:

Lamentations

Prayer As Complaint ---  Lam 3:147    (changed to Lam 3:1-17)

II Thessalonians

Prayer for the Word and Protection ---  II Thess 3:1-5. .257  (changed to II Thess 2:5-7, 3:1-5)

I've not uploaded a file before so I hope this works.

Lionel, you did great with the file attachment.

It looks like what you thought were anomalies (148 and 257) are actually page numbers in the original text, not Scripture references. See the preview pages below (from Amazon.com's "Look Inside" feature). I would just leave those numbers out, since the page numbers are useless in this Table of Contents without the complete book. However the TOC does include Scripture references, so it seems to be useful as a stand-alone document. Just leave out what were page numbers, and you'll be fine. You might also want to consider saving this as a .docx file (in Microsoft Word or any other program that can save .docx files) so that it can be compiled into a Logos Personal Book.

Rosie - Thank you very much.

I've revised the text file and created a .docx file - both attached.

    You're welcome

Thanks to Rosie for the encouragement to make it a docx and create a personal book. Much better than a note file.

Peace to you, Lionel!      *smile*                       .....    and Every Blessing!

I'd love to have this book as a PB in my Logos Library!           However, I think that what you've shared with us is merely the Table of Contents, not the book!

Also, I think the book is copyrighted and that precludes our fair use of it???            I hope I'm wrong because you've worked hard to share this!          (*smile*         You've also learned a few new things, though, eh???)

My favourite series on this subject is, of course, Rosscup  ...
