Regression: 5.1B1mac — Lose spaces before capital vowels in Greek text

This bug came up a long time ago (the forum software search function was of no use trying to find it) and seems to have recurred at some point — the space before a greek word beginning with a capital vowel is lost:

Jon, I also recall a post regarding this - long time ago.  Anyway, I'm seeing this behavior likewise.  L5.0b SR1 using default font.  Changed font to Gentium Plus and spacing is corrected. So must be a rendering issue with the default greek font.

I am able to reproduce this issue and will report it to Development.
