sync function

  This is not working for me.  Periodically it works and then I make a change to the slide presentation and it will not snyc.  Then of course I can not see it on my remote phone, so I am stumped.

I talked with a technician a week ago who was going to get back to me and asked me to email him some files.  I never heard back.          Ken Gaglardi

If you post your log files to this thread we may be able to help you. Log files are located

 Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

     Windows: 

• XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
• Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
