I was attempting to install 5.1b B2 and received the following message:
I clicked on "Ok" and received:
I clicked on "No" and the installation aborted.
Any idea what is going on here?
Thanks, Graham
The screenshot below shows what Office components I have installed - this is on Windows 8

Wonder about rebooting computer ? If Logos 5 install issue repeats, wonder about repairing Office 2010 ?
Logos 5 is a 32 bit application. Noticed 64 bit component for Office 2010.

I had the same problem when installing beta 3 and it required a few reboots to get to a point where it worked.
I'm concerned that if this is still in the gold release it could cause concern to a lot of users.
Logos - any thoughts on this?
Hey Graham,
This looks like it /might/ be an issue with the Microsoft Installer. You might try a repair on Office or running the Microsoft Installer CleanUp utility, which I /think/ is incorporated in Microsoft FixIt now.
Hi Randy
Thanks for the input - appreciated
I did try a repair on Office - but it hung and after a long time I tried to abort it, it is still hanging!
So there may well be an issue there - I need to look into it further.
Thanks again
