We haven't yet used Proclaim at our church but I went there today with a sample presentation set up and hooked everything up. Sound, projector, etc. In preview mode everything worked great, audio flowed nicely, transitions were good, but when I clicked On-Air Proclaim immediately froze up. I force closed it, restarted my computer, and ran it again, this time I went On-Air immediately and it worked, but it seemed laggy, and when I clicked into the service items from the pre-service loop, it froze... Again.
I'm running an extended display to the church projector, so when I go On-Air the slides are on the projector and I'm controlling them from the laptop. I'll list some details below.
Displays: Running laptop at 1920x1080p, and extending this to the projector at 1600x1200.
My Laptop: Windows 8, 8 GB DDR3 Memory, i7 3610, 750GB Hybrid Drive, Nvidia 650m
Possible issue I thought maybe causing it is that our church doesn't have internet, so I have to prep everything at home, and it keeps trying to sync at church. Could this cause the problem? If so how do I fix it?
I'd love to be able to use Proclaim this next Palm Sunday so any help is appreciated, and thank you very much!
