Jerome Bible Commentary resides on the Logos servers, so it is unnecessary to install this book on L5 from disc.
How certain are you about this? Aric on the Verbum blog is claiming that the file does not exist on Logos servers, and that a user who threw away his disks because Logos told him he didn't need to keep them, now has no way to get his JBC back.

Compressing it only got it down to 18.1 MB but i still think it is doable.

Hi guys,
I am attempting to install Bible 2.0 on a Win7 laptop for a family member. I am wondering if maybe something like "VirtualBox" would be an option if I were to run WinXP through the VirtualBox application? Most 32-bit programs will run on 64-bit OS but this one just won't despite messing with the compatibility settings. Maybe this software has 16-bit installer? I dunno, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Peace to you, Michael! Welcome indeed to the Logos Community Forums where Logos Bible Software Users from the 4 corners of the world attempt to help and encourage and inform and assist one another in the use of Logos Bible Software!
First, is this a Logos Product? Is it Logos 2.0? Is that what you mean by Bible 2.0??? If so, it's really, really old; however there are a few people who frequent these forums that may be able to help you ...
From Wiki.Logos.com (http://wiki.logos.com/Contents_of_Discontinued_Base_Packages) comes this link - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhAl790TopkhdHNsTnRLY1A2RU9OY3pDNHdqTHVpQ3c#gid=27
Those links may help you determine whether or not you have a Logos Product!
Another question ... has it ever been registered with Logos? If it has, they will definitely be able to help you out.
You need to be patient as there probably will be a number of people who desire to help you! Blessings!
Edit: I see you already realise that one needs Windows XP in order to make this happen! *smile*
Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........

The program is 16-bit and won't run on a 64-bit OS. Win XP (32-bit) or other 32-bit Windows will support it and using VirtualBox on a 64-bit system is a good idea.
