Hi,
I have just started using proclaim this week. whilst having a look around and pulling together our service for this weekend, I had a look at some of the 'graceway media' items. i noticed this added the membership to my cart.
I do not have an intention to purchase a memebership at this point, but was only browsing. I looked for a way in the 'cart' to deselect this 'purchase' but found none. I walked away from my computer and returned later to see there were no items in my cart. now when searching through my media, it has all the graceway items in there.
I take this to mean that proclaim has signed me up for an account. I however at no point pressed 'next' in the cart. Can you please check this for me?
As mentioned above, I do not intend at this point to purchase this item (although may in the future as departments grow). If proclaim has signed this up, can we please rectify this problem.
