Saving a Presentation

I am new to Proclaim. I worked a few hours last night on a Presentation and logged off. When I got up this morning to resume work on it, I couldn't find it. Was I supposed to save the Presentation, if so how? I have rebuilt it this morning but I don't want to log off fearing that I will lose it again.

It should save it in real time as you work on it. That's strange.

Yes I was. I never turn my computer off at home so it stays connected all the time. Are all of these presentations stored in ICloud? I don't know much about ICloud, but do I have to have an ICloud account to use Proclaim?

No they are not stored in iCloud, they are stored on Logos' servers

Your presentation data will save automatically. I can see (on our server) the presentation your created this morning, as well as three you created last night. Those three were all deleted around 7pm last night. Was this not intentional?

Yes I did delete three presentations last night from the list from the list, but that was after I lost my "Second Baptist Church" presentation.

Looks like you have three different machines you're using? The log file you submitted (on another thread) shows sync timeouts from a Windows machine. Did you create or edit the missing presentation on this machine? A successful sync is required for the presentations to show up on another machine.

Yes the machine that lost the presentation is the one that I sent the error message from. We will probably have anywhere from 3-5 people working on the presentations from 3-5 different computers, will this be a problem?

Collaborating with many different users on a single presentation should not cause problems. However, if you are unable to sync your local changes (indicated by the yellow triangle in the upper right corner of the main window) then other group members will not see them. If you go back to the machine that was having the sync issues your local changes should still be there. Click the sync icon to force a sync.
