Has there been any news at all in regards to including the ability to change the font style on mobile devices?

I too find it very difficult to read with the current font style. It causes my eye to sore. I don't have any problem reading it on computer.
Is there a timeline of this feature to change font style to be introduced?

The font choice feature will probably be introduced in the version 4.x timeline, so it's going to be a while longer. Sorry for the trouble.
