I created the presentation from home and when I opened Proclaim on the church computer, the video backgrounds showed up as stills. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried previewing your presentation?
I had the same thing happen, When I put it up on the projector It was coming up as stills aswell. There is yellow error boxes over all the tiles.
