Video background loops

Why do background videos that are looped revert back to the 30 second default once you start running the presentation? Is there a way to loop them again during your presentation?

I'm sorry I am not sure that I understand your issue. What kind of service item are you using the background video on? Is it a video you have uploaded or one from the store?
