Misleading warnings when including an image in a Personal Book

I have an image in a Personal Book

(I have inserted it from my hard-drive and ensured that the wrapping is set to in-line as per the guidelines at http://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books)

When compiling the .docx file I get the following warnings / errors flagged in the logfile

[Info] Compiling
[Warning] File exists but unable to load at C:\Users\Graham\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpEBB9.tmp
[Error] Failed to load image at tmpEBB9.tmp
[Info] Discovering
[Info] Complete

But the image appears correctly in the resulting PB

If I take the image out of the .docx file the errors are no longer flagged.

So it seems that the tool is flagging an error but successfully processing the image.

Can anyone else confirm this?

I'm having some trouble reproducing this error. What image file format is the image saved as? Are you able to reproduce the warning with other images?
