Can you please help us, we are noticing more and more, that larger video files are not playing properly when proclaim is on air. Particularly there is a delay/mismatch between the audio and video (which is particularly embarrassing when it is a person speaking etc.) This happens when we upload video to cloud/group or just run locally on the computer in the church building. We noticed this when we were using the Beta version a couple of years back, and were asked to avoid uploading video files larger than 200mb. But this is happening with videos of 50-100MB. Video (and high quality video) is a major component of our services now and we need this functionality to work seamlessly and would rather avoid using multiple video presentation programs at the same time,which is what we have had to do in recent weeks. Can you please advise how this can be fixed.
